The Soundking GL206A / GL206SA are a multi-purpose, self-powered line array speakers built for demanding live sound applications. Its high-strength PP composite trapezoidal cabinet is lightweight and rugged, designed to minimize the gap between adjacent modules — reducing unwanted sound areas and vertical side lobes for tighter, more controlled dispersion.

Each GL206A module houses its own independent high-power amplifier and DSP processor, eliminating the need for external amplification. The factory DSP comes with preset programs for immediate plug-and-play operation, while also offering full manual control over every parameter via the front-panel encoder and LCD display.

Two 6.5" mid-bass drivers deliver extended low-frequency headroom, while the 3" compression driver converts the HF dome wave into a consistent equiphase plane wave through a 120° constant-directivity horn — improving clarity and projection at long distances.

The precision aluminium suspension system allows the inter-cabinet angle to be adjusted from 0° to 10° per element, enabling flexible array shaping to suit any venue geometry. An RS-485 network connector allows centralized DSP control of the entire array from a single interface, and AC Link power chaining simplifies cabling between cabinets.
